Win 11: cannot open Office, except as admin

I have an issue with my PC running Windows 11. When I try to open a Microsoft Office program, nothing starts. I have to right-click the application (for example, Word) and select "Run as administrator" each time. It’s really very annoying.
When I go to the properties of the "winword" icon (right-click > Properties > Security tab), everything seems fine with the permissions.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Word, but the problem persists. Windows Update is up to date as well.
Has anyone got a solution to this problem?
Thanks in advance

Hello.
When I go into the properties of the "winword" icon (right-click > Properties > Security tab), everything seems in order with the permissions ✅.
Rather go to the Compatibility tab and uncheck Run this program as an administrator.

Hello,
It’s not the executable itself that has an option, but the shortcut (in the Start menu or wherever we placed it): right-click, Properties, Advanced, Run as administrator.
The situation is not normal; unlike other Office software, during installation it does not offer a choice between the current user and everyone; we shouldn’t even have this problem if we installed it for the current user or on another non-administrator account.
There is probably a local security policy, a third-party “security” software... whose settings prohibit a number of actions for non-administrators.
Download FRST.
Once downloaded, save it to the desktop, then right-click FRST and choose Run as administrator you will get this:
Wait for the message that the tool is ready to run to appear and then click Analyze
Warning, wait for the messages saying that the analysis is finished to appear.
At the end of the analysis you will have two text files on the desktop named FRST and Addition.
Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to https://www.cjoint.com/ or to https://pixeldrain.com/.
Then provide the two links generated by https://www.cjoint.com/ or https://pixeldrain.com/in your reply.
