Unable to open a .asd file

Hello,

I made a mistake and saved a .asd file (don't ask me how???). It's impossible to open this file now, even when I ask Word to open all files. Could someone help me out of this deadlock? Otherwise, I have to redo 3 hours of work. Thank you.

PS I specify that I use Office 365
