Unable to install office 2016

Hello,
I would like to install Office 2016 after uninstalling and deleting all files from 2010; however, the installation process returns the following error: "Cannot complete the installation because Microsoft Office 2016 cannot find the CRT library; please correct the directory errors below

To mark the issue as resolved, you need to log in with your member username and password just like you did for your first message. Right now, it seems like you've come back without going through your registration.
Otherwise, the "Mark as resolved" link is at the top, under your name.
