Microsoft help page keeps opening in a loop.

Hello,

I have a problem since Thursday, whenever I click on my mouse or press any key on the keyboard, a webpage opens up on "how to get help in Windows 10". I have already reset my PC by deleting all the files, and at startup it worked for a few minutes before suddenly resuming. I had this problem on Chrome, Edge, and Internet Explorer. All browsers are affected and I don't know what to do anymore. If you have any ideas please don't hesitate to share. Thank you in advance.

    Hello @Willoubinks StatusMember.

    Go to Windows settings, then System, then System components, then Advanced options in the Reset section, select Repair or Reset, this will reset Microsoft Help.
