Problem with Big Fish Game Manager installation

Hello, I just bought two games on Big Fish Game, and when I try to install them, I get an error when downloading the Big Fish Game Manager, I think. It says "An error has occurred. Please try again later" with nothing more. I tried disabling the firewall but nothing works. Thank you for helping me because I already paid for these games and I can't play them and it's driving me crazy!!! Thanks for any responses if anyone has had this problem before.

Coucou, can anyone help me please? Big Fish Games replied to me, I did what they told me, to click again on buy the game to activate it but I still have the same error message showing up... :( in the same place that is, bfgclient.exe I feel like. Please help me!!!

Since their recent restructuring, I have sent 4 emails in English asking for help. The response in English is always the same procedural message that leads nowhere: big fish eraser to delete everything, then log out on the site, download the free version of the game, then purchase it later, which should be installed permanently since it has already been paid for:

The game is downloaded, but the game manager does not install. So I have no access to my games. Discouraging.
