Offline p2p camera

Hello, formerly with SFR and now with Free, my P2P is offline, so no external access to the surveillance cameras.

How can I fix the problem?

    Hello.

    When you change the modem (box), you change the WiFi key; you need to enter your new WiFi key into the camera's configuration software.

      Apparently you don’t understand, your camera is configured to connect via WiFi with your old SFR box, which is why it isn’t working. For it to function and connect to your new Freebox, you need to tell it the WiFi key of your Freebox.
