Livebox 5 issue and Arlo cameras

Hello community,

Please Help …

Here’s my situation: I just switched from an Orange Livebox to a Livebox 5. Previously, I had the Livebox 4, which was connected to 2 Arlo Essential cameras. Just to clarify, these cameras were installed as part of a Verisure alarm system.

Since I changed the Livebox, I no longer have access to the Arlo cameras (they show as offline). I think I managed to connect them to my 2.4 GHz network because they both appear in "My connected devices." It’s quite paradoxical since the installation process for these cameras never completes, and I keep getting a "Detection failed -
Your device could not be detected."

On the Livebox 5 side, I successfully separated the networks to have a 2.4 GHz network and a 5 GHz network. I created Static DHCPs for each and set up a NAT/PAT rule to try and open ports 80 and 443. The custom IPV4 rules in the firewall show that http/TCP/80 and https/TCP/443 are on "accept."

When I test my ports through dedicated websites, they still appear to be closed.

I’ve been struggling for a week because the cameras remain offline. I can't delete them to reinstall since in the Arlo app, the "delete device" option is not clickable. Apparently, I need to contact Verisure to remove the associated subscription. But that’s not really what I want to do …

If anyone has any ideas, I’d appreciate it … a big thank you!!!

    Hello.

I need to contact Verisure to cancel the associated subscription. But that's not really what I want to do...

However, that's what you'll have to do, because for obvious security reasons, I think Verisure does not allow changes without their authorization.
