Hello, I just purchased an Anran Q3/Q3 Max camera, and I'm having a connection problem; it doesn't show up on the app. Can someone help me?

    Where are you in the installation process?

    If I can believe the instructions, the camera only works on 2.4GHz. Have you made sure that the location where you installed the camera receives the 2.4GHz signal from your router?


    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

      Yes, it's at the moment of camera recognition in the app that it is not detected. It is, however, properly connected to 2.4 GHz.

    Are you sure your phone is also on the 2.4MHz network and not the 5MHz?

    Yes yes, both are on the same frequency and on my box I can activate the absence of the 5mhz frequency for five minutes
