My AliExpress bonus has been suspended due to an order I placed, but since May 1st, I haven't been able to retrieve it.
The customer service is of no help; does anyone know how to recover my suspended bonus and how long it will take?

As for the rest, you need to deal with customer service (if we can even call it that… !).

I have contacted them several times and always receive the same response: Thank you for your patience, I would like to inform you that your file has been forwarded to the expert department. After reviewing your file, the service in question will get back to you within 3 to 5 working days by e-mail. And their response by email is that my bonus has been refunded and that I can use it for my next orders, but when I check my bonuses, it is still suspended, so not usable, and I don't know why
Hello, after several follow-ups, I just received the same response except they added an extra answer regarding the suspended bonus, which they call the frozen bonus. Here is the response:
Dear customer, Thank you for contacting AliExpress. Here are some possible reasons: • The bonus cannot be used with your current payment method. To use it, pay with a card or Alipay Balance. • The bonus cannot be used when the currency of your payment is not the same as the currency of the bonus. • The bonus cannot be used on virtual items or services, such as gift cards, e-tickets, and mobile top-up services. • The bonus has expired. To check the expiration date of the bonus, please visit the Bonus page on Alipay. If the bonus is frozen, please be patient and it will be unfrozen within 30 days. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated, and we hope you have a great shopping experience with AliExpress.
So I will give you an answer in 30 days to see if I have successfully recovered my bonus.
