Hello, I have a problem with my Schneider smart TV.

I turn it on with the original remote control with a new battery, it starts and is stuck on smart TV, and the remote control no longer responds and it shuts off please thank you

    Hello,

    Unplug all connected devices and then see by unplugging the power supply for ten minutes.

    I suppose this television is no longer under warranty!
