The recorded videos are silent (no sound). Where does the problem come from?

    Good evening, are they mute when viewed on the device or are they also mute during playback on a PC? because if they are only mute on the device, it means that the device does not have a speaker or is not capable of reproducing the sound ;)

    Sorry for you, the device only does video, no sound, so it’s normal honestly. If you want video with sound you’ll have to buy a small camcorder or change device.
