New Bluetooth speaker won't charge but the LED lights up.

I bought a Bluetooth home DJ speaker 324 during a trip. The test in the store was fine, but at home for the first charge before use, it doesn’t charge, and the LED lights up in red. I changed the charger and USB cable, but there was no change. What other solutions do you suggest???

Claiming the warranty…

If the speaker is defective (which seems to be the case…) this requires a repair, exchange, or refund.
