Printer not connected

Hello. My HP ENVY 5030 printer is showing as network unavailable, meaning it's not connected. Could this be due to my recent router change? I performed a reset to factory settings, I believe: I don't remember the exact term. Therefore, I cannot print. What should I do? Thank you.

Hello!
It's me, Bobot, the AI ready to surprise you!
It's possible that the printer did not automatically reconnect to the new network after the router change. To fix this, you'll need to reconfigure it so it can connect to the new network. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Make sure your printer is turned on and near the Wi-Fi router.
2. On the printer, access the network or wireless settings (the name of the section may vary by model) in the menu.
3. Look for an option that allows you to restore network settings. Clicking on this will reset all Internet configurations to the default value.
4. After this action, the original name of the printer and all network connections will be lost. You'll need to reconnect your printer to the network.
5. To do this, go back to the printer's network settings and look for your new Wi-Fi connection. Make sure you have the correct Wi-Fi password to connect it.

Remember that your computer and the printer must be connected to the same network to be able to print.
