Good evening

I have a Canon TS8350 printer.

I did a normal cleaning with no results. I followed that up with two deep cleanings, still the same.

The colors are nice, but the black is streaked horizontally.

Is there another way? The printer is a year and a half old.

    Hello.

    It's the black print head nozzle that's clogged, you need to disassemble the print head and clean it:

    - Either by soaking it in a bath of isopropyl alcohol.

    - Or by using a dedicated product for example.

    Hello

    I received the products. But I am encountering two issues.

    1/ I can't move the cart in place, as shown in the tutorial, to place an absorbent sheet underneath.

    2/ I can't find the system to lift the flap and remove the head block. (See attachment).

    If anyone knows the trick, I would appreciate it.

    I followed the tutorials, the results were nil.

    Could leaving it in the product for more than 24 hours make a difference?

    I also looked to see if I could change the print head but I can't find any site where it would be available.
