Xiaomi Bluetooth Problem

Hello

I have a Xiaomi Redmi 10C and the Bluetooth is not working with my phone. It connects well, but when the device is more than 20 cm away from my phone, the Bluetooth stops working and I no longer hear any sound. I have tried with any device like earphones, a speaker, and Bluetooth headphones, but the same problem occurs.

Could you please help me? Thank you in advance.

    Good evening,

    I had the same problem with my Poco (same manufacturer) after contacting the brand, they sent me a 'return shipping label' and they sent me another one with the explanation "broken antenna" since it was 1 and a half years old and these phones are guaranteed for 2 years, take advantage of it, but anyway Xiaomi is very accommodating.
