Problem with my Bluetooth microphone

Hello,

here is my problem,

my bluetooth mic was working great but I made a huge mistake...

Without paying attention, I deleted the bluetooth mic device --'

Then I tried to reconnect the device but it doesn't work, it shows me this:

I'm really stupid for deleting this device and I really didn't mean to.

Here is the headset I have (the mic must be connected via bluetooth (it's mandatory).
