Hello there
I recently bought a MSI Pulse 17 B13V laptop, new, and everything works fine.
The only issue is that it doesn’t charge when it’s off. When I turn it on, the laptop detects the charger immediately and starts charging, but once the laptop is off, the charging also stops (no light – no indicator). I left it with the charger for 1 hour already, no charging. I also tried another MSI charger, with no result.
Is there a setting to change or is the problem somewhere else?
