Steam payment issue

Good evening, I wanted to buy a video game on Steam, using PAYPAL, where my credit card is registered, which expires on 11/24, so it is still valid, but I am being told at the time of payment that it has expired, even though the last digits of the card are visible. I try to enter it again, but each time I'm told it has expired. I don't understand, thank you.
