Canon CP1200 printer stuck problem

Hello everyone,

When I start my printer, it gets stuck on CANON

The problem has already been raised but I haven't found a solution...

It's not that old and I use it regularly...

    Hello.

    Without an error message, it's hard to know what the problem is. Unplug it and then plug it back in to see if it's the same. If it is, check with Canon's customer service, because it's difficult for me to tell you more remotely.
