Hello,
I bought this headset 5 months ago and now it won't turn on, at least the LED on the headset doesn't light up (the USB key still reacts).
I tried some troubleshooting methods I found online but nothing works; it seems broken, but I'm still hopeful that someone can help me.

I bought this headset 5 months ago and it's already not turning on, at least the LED on the headset isn't lighting up... Is it really a problem even though the Bluetooth device is working?
Since it is still under warranty (2 years from the date of purchase), return it to where you bought it for an exchange or a refund.

When you connect it with the USB cable, does the headset light turn on? What color is it?
It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
Hello, I had the same problem after a day of charging. In the evening, it wouldn't turn on anymore. It's a headset that's only 5 months old!
Hello everyone, I'm encountering this problem for the second time. Turtle Beach sent me a replacement headset and kindly asked me to throw away the old one, and here I am 5 months later with exactly the same issue. With the old one, I attempted a recoding but it was my mistake because it was a coding for GEN 2 and not for GEN 2 MAX! However, the headset turned back on but it no longer connects to its USB dongle. If someone finds the coding for GEN 2 MAX, it will solve our problem.
