Beats Solo 2 Wireless headphones won't turn on

Hello,
My Beats headset won't start anymore for over a week.
-I first tried charging it, thinking the battery was dead, but it wouldn't turn on after that.
-I then tried resetting it by following the procedure indicated on the beatsbydre.com website; the indicators lit up, indicating that the reset was successful, but it still won't turn on.
-I installed the Beats headset update software, which indicates that the battery is at 100% and that the headset software is up to date (1.0.4).
Despite all these steps, I can't turn on my headset for a Bluetooth connection with my phone or computer.
