Hello. As stated in the title, I would like to connect my headset to 2 computers. I would like to find a solution so that I can speak and hear on both PCs. Best regards.

Hello,
Is it a USB or jack headset?

For what you want to do, the analog connection has its advantages; you can split the output hardware-wise with an adapter. I'm not sure if it's possible via USB; it depends on how Windows behaves with a USB sound card. I've never tested splitting a USB headset between two PCs. But I have serious doubts that it’s possible since it's a digital signal...
Do the two PCs in question have a single 4-pole jack (which includes both the microphone and the headset) or two separate jacks? -

It's quite complicated to find a 4-pole jack splitter.
I found this, and you would need to add a cable like this one to connect to the second PC.
The adapter is normally meant for the opposite direction, connecting two headsets to a single output, which explains that.
We have to hope that the splitter has female 4-pin jacks, it should normally be the case since it is indicated in the title. -

Solution 1, with only cables:
Solution 2, (which I just added), also with only cables:
Here is solution 3, with a mixing table.
And for the assignments, necessary to avoid feedback and to prevent the sound from one PC from interfering with another:
IN 2 to OUT 1 and OUT 3
IN 1 to OUT 2
IN 3 to OUT 2
