Why can't I delete a video call on Messenger?

Hello,

I can't seem to delete the record of a video call on Messenger.
I've tried deleting it, but it doesn’t go away.

Is end-to-end encryption the cause?

    I finally found it, so I'm posting the solution for the community: it was a contact with which the end-to-end encryption switch had been made, and therefore when the voice call is finished, you need to generate a "conversation" (a letter or a symbol is enough) and then you can cancel the conversation and the call disappears at the same time.
