Hello,

After the update, the sound on my 50-inch Horion smart TV cuts out every 10 minutes.

An icon of a speaker with a cross appears on the screen.

I need your assistance, please.

What are the references (Brand and model) of this television?

It's very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

Sorry, but these references are completely unknown in France. Therefore, it's impossible to find any information for this television.

If you press the "mute" button on the remote control, does the same speaker icon with a line through it appear?

In your screenshot, we can see a barcode next to the crossed-out speaker; does it come at the same time as the crossed-out speaker?

Who provides the image to the television?

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn’t there...
