Hello, I have a mini computer Klipad KL 638 DK (gift), after charging it I opened the device and the company name appeared, then quickly on the right side Google and something else that I didn't have time to read; the device got stuck in Spanish and since then I can't proceed, it remains stuck. If you can help me, thank you in advance. Mijac

    I don't know this tablet, but you should be able to perform a factory reset.

    Thank you for this quick response, but I have a problem. I tried turning it off and unplugging it, but no results. I can't find a reset button, and moreover, I'm absolutely hopeless with computers.

    In reality, if I have to return the tablet and pay for the shipping fees both ways, it seems fairer to just dispose of it at the dump and buy a sturdier one!

      Hello,

      If it is no longer under warranty, the repair costs are likely to be steep. The only choice is to buy a new one.
