Hello, I come to ask for your help because of a problem that happened to me last night. My computer had a virus that I removed and then had registry issues, so I decided to reinstall Windows 7. However, when starting the computer, the Windows ISO on my USB wouldn’t activate. I eventually tried to launch the program directly from my session, and the installation stopped with a blue screen 0x000001E after ten minutes of installation. I then restarted my PC, but it doesn’t go past the point where it displays press F11 to run recovery, and my only options are F11 or access to the BIOS. My computer is a Medion, and I have a 'recovery disk' and another CD 'applications and support'. I tried to use both for recovery, but my computer tells me there is no disk image. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Good evening,
Normally if you press F11 you launch the "recovery" partition of your PC which will restore it to its factory state (If you don't have a backup you will unfortunately lose everything) have you tried pressing F11?

Yes, several times, but my computer indicates that there is no disk image.
