Hello, I bought a Dazzle DVD recorder HD box with a DVD for Windows 10 that I installed. My problem is how to download the driver??

    Hello,

    From what I see, it's "Plug & Play," there is no specific driver to install manually. What is the problem precisely?

      The problem is that my capture card is compatible with Windows 10, I am using MAGIX Video Deluxe and my DAZZLE capture card is not detected. However, on my old PC, I had installed a DAZZLE capture card for Windows XP that came with 2 CDs and everything worked perfectly!!! I asked the seller why I only have one CD for the Windows 10 version, and he replied that if it doesn't work, I should try downloading the driver from the internet, which I am not familiar with.

    Hello, this is concerning for us because we are several regular contributors on the forum who use Dazzle and given the experiences shared on the CCM forum by users of cheap 4-pin USB drives found online, we recommend this known, reliable equipment delivered with its "Pinnacle" editing software. There are tutorials on YouTube for its installation, and if you encounter any difficulties, you can send a "ticket" to Dazzle Corel who will respond quickly. We can also have a phone link.

    Note that you must install it with the DVD, register on the site to get the necessary codecs, and use the editing software that comes with it unless you have a recent version of "Pinnacle".

    Now, if you only have the case purchased second-hand without software...
