Hello,
I got a Dazzle DVD Recorder from Pinnacle with a friend, to do my own stuff on YouTube quietly with my three subscribers. However, Windows can't find the device driver. I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium. So I'd like to know if there's another way to find the drivers or if I need to do something specific for Windows to find them. Thanks for replying :)

Hello, this box is sold with an installation disk for Studio 18 because this product comes with editing software Studio

  It's not the software that's the problem, but the device drivers themselves. Basically, when I plug in the box, Windows looks for the drivers, finds two out of three, then fails on the last one and leaves my Dazzle lost as an unrecognized device.

  Hmm yes, I've already found it, and I downloaded the version that corresponds to my device and OS. But I can't launch it, even in Windows Vista compatibility mode. I also tried searching for the driver from the "Devices and Printers" tab in the Control Panel, then "search for drivers on my computer," and finally I selected the directory where I stored my driver, but it still can't find it...

    Hello, as I mentioned earlier, I have software Studio 16, and I was lent a box: DVC 107 rev 1.1, which was immediately recognized.

  I'm the DVC 100 and it's not recognized. I'm going to try on another PC, it's not the first time my computer has issues installing drivers.

  I also have a DVC 100 and it works perfectly with the drivers corresponding to the version of Windows taken from the site provided by glandu
  it is indeed from this site that I downloaded to reinstall the DVC 100 with W8 (W7 drivers are compatible)
