Hello,
Hello,
I have been unable to connect to the EDF website for several days because I keep getting the following message:
Network protocol error. An error occurred while trying to connect to particulier.edf.fr.
The page you are trying to access cannot be displayed because a network protocol error has been detected.
This only appears with Firefox, while I had no issues connecting before. However, with Microsoft Edge, there are no problems. Is there a setting to adjust in Firefox? Your help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance

Works with Google; Microsoft Edge, on the other hand, I must also mention that on my wife's computer there is no problem with Firefox, which is why I am surprised.
Thank you
Hello!

It is likely that your issue is due to a cache or cookies problem in your Firefox browser. To resolve this, you can try clearing the cache and deleting the cookies for the specific site. To do this, you need to:
1. Click on the menu button (the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the Firefox window).
2. Select "Options".
3. In the left pane, click on "Privacy & Security".
4. Under "Cookies and Site Data", click on "Clear Data...".
5. Make sure "Cookies" and "Cached Web Content" are checked, then click "Clear".
If that doesn't work, you can try resetting Firefox:
1. Click the menu button again.
2. Select "Help".
3. Click on "Troubleshooting Information".
4. Click the "Refresh Firefox" button in the top right corner of the page.
5. Firefox will close and reset to its default settings.
Remember to back up your bookmarks and other important information before resetting.
However, if the issue persists, it might be a problem with the site itself or your Internet connection. In that case, it would be best to contact EDF's technical support or your Internet service provider.

Hello, try testing with another browser to see if your original browser is up to date.
