Hello, I notice on my bank account that I have been charged 7 times! on the same day: I would have paid by credit card with always the same transaction description: "X9578 Paypal *segpayeu Seg..." for a total amount approaching 300 euros...

Can someone explain to me who this "segpayeu" is and how to stop being charged on one hand, and also how to get a refund?

Hello.

You must have made a purchase on a Segpay partner site, Segpayeu means Segpay Europe, check with them or with your bank.

You can also ask a question in a more appropriate forum like the forum/banking-and-credit.
