Alexander casino, comment faire un retrait ?

Bonjour, 

Je vois que certaines personnes n'ont pas reçu leur retrait de gains du site Alexander casino. 

Je suis dans le même cas. 

S'agissait il d'un retard de paiement ou bien vous n'avez jamais rien reçu ? 

J'ai, auparavant, joué sur de nombreux sites, sans jamais avoir de problème quant aux retraits.
