Hello everyone,

I made a withdrawal from Alexander casino which was approved but I have never received the transfer.
I have asked them several times for the transfer order. And I have never been given it. I always get the same response, that I need to wait, that there is a delay on global transfers, that my bank has something to do with it. In short, always a false good excuse.
I don't know what to do anymore! I'm waiting for this transfer which is a large sum but deep down I believe I will receive nothing.
