Hello, I bought a Transcash ticket at the tobacco shop and I haven't used it. How can I get a refund since I don't have a Transcash card?

Hello,

You go to the Transcash website and purchase a rechargeable card to which you will load these vouchers.

https://www.transcash.fr/fr/

Then you can use the card as a payment method on sites that accept it.

This is only valid, of course, if you have not communicated the codes of the vouchers... (nor "verified" them on any site... since in those cases they would have been stolen...)

  Hello, I have the same problem as you? I'm looking for an answer, I filed a complaint with the gendarmerie. Why sell transcash tickets? Stop selling them.     We do sell lighters and matches... which can be used by arsonists.. It’s not the tickets that are the cause of the scams... but dishonest people who misuse them... and the naive who get conned..

I was scammed out of 3 Transcash vouchers: one for €100, one for €263, and the third one for €263. I would like to be refunded because it’s not my money.
