Am I the only one experiencing black flashes during this video?

Especially at these moments: 1:06-1:21, 3:05-3:12, 5:33-5:55, 6:56-7:21

No flash, but sometimes pixelation.

Record the video and see if there are any flashes in the recording.

(I make the recordings with 4K Video Downloader)
