JBL Clip 3 Sound Issues

Hello,

Even though my JBL is connected to the phone, there's no sound coming out! Could you help me?

    It might be a volume issue. Make sure that the volume on your phone and the speaker are turned up. If not, check if the JBL is selected as the output device on your phone. If the problem persists, try disconnecting the speaker from your phone and then reconnecting it. If that doesn't work, consider resetting the speaker to factory settings. To do this, turn off the speaker and press the 'Volume +' and 'Bluetooth' buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. A sound signal should indicate that the speaker has been reset. As a last resort, if the speaker still isn't working properly, I recommend contacting JBL support for assistance.
