Hello,
Invalid shortcut?
You can try uninstalling it if present and then reinstalling it.

Hello.
First case: you no longer have any access to Firefox. You need to uninstall and reinstall the program. Before that, you should back up the Firefox configuration with passwords and bookmarks. To do this, you temporarily set Edge as the default browser. It will ask if it should import favorites and passwords from Firefox. Answer yes. If it succeeds, the same process can be done the other way around. If it does not succeed, you will need to back up the Profile directory located at C:\User\your_name\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox.
If AppData does not show up, from Explorer, click on View at the top of the screen, in the window that appears click on View (at the bottom) and then on Hidden items.
Once the program is reinstalled, set Firefox as the default browser. It will make the same request as Edge regarding favorites. If Firefox re-imports its bookmarks, you will only need to reinstall the extensions. If Edge did not manage to import the favorites, you will need to go back to the backed-up Firefox profile. It contains two subdirectories. You must empty the two subdirectories of the reinstallation and replace them with the content of those that have been backed up. Be careful!!! You only replace the contents of the two directories and not the directories themselves. They keep the name of the reinstallation.
You relaunch Firefox. Either it restarts normally or the problem persists. In the second case, sorry but only a reinstallation will resolve the issue, but you will have lost your bookmarks and passwords.
Second case, you can open Firefox but you cannot use it. In this case, you will need to reset it to get it operational again. See here: https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/reparer-firefox-reinitialiser-modules-parametres
