Tablet that only charges when it is turned off

Hello,
I have an Acer Iconia One 7 tablet that only charges when it is not in use. I opened it and unplugged the battery thinking the issue was with the battery, but it doesn't seem to be. I have tried several battery status apps and they all tell me that the battery is in normal condition. So, I suspect a motherboard issue. The connector doesn't seem damaged as it charges fine when turned off and accepts USB keys, but when the Acer logo appears, it stops charging.
Do you have a solution?
(Attached are pictures of the tablet)
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Have you thought that the problem might also come from your charger?

Hello
What kind of USB charger are you using (specifications)? If the power of the charger is not sufficient, that could be the cause. A 5 Volt USB charger is not equivalent to another one.Best regards

Hi
Yes, the power of the charger in this case. In an emergency, you can charge it while it’s turned off, that’s all.
Sometimes there are Acer workarounds that work, you should check the best answers on resolved questions from CCM.
There was even one from Acer, they have a slightly different workaround, you have to look in "when sometimes it’s: charges only when plugged in or only when unplugged"; of course, when you need it, I can’t find the most complete one, the one you keep printed at home when you have an Acer.
