Unable to print HP ENVY PHOTO 7130

Hello,

The printing stops and a blinking screen appears. I took a photo but apparently, I can't attach it to this message.

I have restarted the PC several times... nothing changes! I am still on Windows 7, is this the source of the problem?

Hello,

Use the "Image" icon (2nd from the right) in the reply window.

Upon opening the link you kindly provided me, I was prompted to proceed with a download. Along the way, I was asked to download Microsoft Edge WebView2... and I received the aforementioned error message...

You are not required to download it. It is not essential for the printer to function.

But every time I click on it, the same message: cannot open the file

If HP is asking for it, you need to click yes, it's to install the printer.

Listen, this is really crazy: a paper jam got stuck UNDER the printer and this jam, invisible when opening the cover, was the cause of the malfunction! I can print in black and white again. Thank you all!

However, color printing hasn't been working for 3-4 months despite replacing the cartridge (original). How can I restore it?
