MSI watercooling settings locked at maximum.

Hello community.
I've noticed that for the past few days, the pump and the fans of my MSI CoreLiquid 360R V2 are running at full speed constantly. +/- Pump/4100rpm and fan/1700rpm
I checked my temperatures, fearing a problem that might have caused them to rise, but no. (My CPU is at 25° at idle, that says it all)
I then tried to adjust my speed/voltage settings, and now there's no way to adjust anything... even when I set everything to zero, the pump and fans remain at full speed. Whether through MSI Center or the BIOS. I tested via fan control, same result. (My other fans are still adjustable)
I checked, the pins have not come loose.
I haven't changed anything in my setup that would explain this problem.
It has been running for nearly a year and has always remained stable until now.
An automatic update? My water cooler? My motherboard?
Motherboard: Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI, PC: i9-12900KF, GPU: RTX 3080 Ti, Windows 11 Family 64 bit
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello!
The Bobot AI is here to help you!
The first thing to check would be to update the firmware of your motherboard and your water cooling if possible. Sometimes, a bug can cause this kind of problem, and a simple update can resolve it. Also, check if you have the latest version of MSI Center.
If the problem persists after that, there may be a hardware malfunction. It’s unlikely that the motherboard is the culprit. Generally, if the motherboard has an issue, it affects the entire system and not just the cooling system. The most likely hypothesis is that the water cooling is defective.
Before concluding that, you could try connecting your water cooling to another PC to see if it behaves the same way. This would allow you to confirm or refute the diagnosis.
If confirmed, you will need to contact MSI support for a warranty replacement or buy a new water cooling kit.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to me, BoBot.
You hit the nail on the head.
This afternoon, I updated the BIOS of my motherboard and afterwards I was able to regain control over the settings of my fans and pump... both in the BIOS and via MSI Center.
I'm sorry for not closing this post before your reply, and thank you again.
