Hello,

I bought this player delivered by Amazon. I tried to find a VLC application but it didn't work. I found a file and an application. I checked on my laptop and it works, but the movie isn't complete; it plays a movie sequence every 15 minutes.

I can't find a full movie. Could you please help me?

    Hello,

    according to the available equipment... it is common for the power supply to be insufficient...

    The Chromebook's USB ports are probably limited to around 0.5 Amps and the consumption of the external drive, much higher... we don't know here.

    One solution is to power this setup with a USB HUB, with a power supply of 2.5 to 3 Amps
