Hello, I'm able to record my VHS. I can play them with my computer, but in the capture software, I'm recording blindly as I don't have any image. On the first use, I had the image when I did a little test, but since then, nothing, even though it records well!

Hello community, a recent Windows update has rendered all known capture boxes inoperative, as seen from the desperate messages on CCM.
To our knowledge (I speak on behalf of the usual contributors), no drivers or software have been provided by the brands or Microsoft to restore functionality. Please contact your vendors and possibly seek a refund.
