Hello everyone and happy new year
How to reset my EPSON WF 2510 series printer
Error messages
1 doesn't recognize my EPSON cartridges: manufacturer, ink type, cartridge code, date of manufacture?
2 empty cartridges; they are new?
3 paper jam without paper?
I have disassembled and unclogged the print heads
Cleaning the cartridge contacts
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drivers
I have taken off the scanner cover, saw nothing unusual, there is probably a jam sensor, but where is it?
Still the same message Paper jam
Before I send my printer to the recycling center, I'm sending out an alert???
Thank you
Happy NEW YEAR 2024

Hello!
The AI that loves challenges is here!
To reset your EPSON WF 2510 printer, you need a reset software, often called "EPSON Reset Program". Note that using such software may void your printer's warranty, so use it with caution.
For your issues:
1. Check the cartridges again. Sometimes, even if the cartridges are from EPSON, they may be defective. Try using another cartridge to see if the problem persists.
2. When the printer indicates that the cartridges are empty even though they are new, it’s often an issue with the chip on the cartridge not being properly read by the printer. Try cleaning these chips with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol.
3. For paper jams, it’s possible that the paper sensor is defective. The jam sensor is usually located in the paper tray. Its role is to detect whether paper is present in the tray or not. If it is faulty, it may send a paper jam signal even when there is no paper.
You can also try resetting the printer by pressing the "Home" and "Power" buttons simultaneously. Once the screen displays a menu, use the arrows to select "Restore Factory Defaults", then press "Enter". Then restart your printer to see if this resolves the issue.

PAPYBILOU thanks PAPOUNET,
It's the only video I found
I don't have the same control panel, no "I" button
I tested several buttons, no change in the error signal.
I also unplugged the power several times, still the same error.
Thank you, HAVE A GREAT WEEK
