Hello, I've been trying to cancel my contract for several weeks now. I already have 2 bills of €29.80. When I check my account under subscriptions, it says the end date is January 19, 2024, and at the top it says "Reactivate my subscription." Do you think I've managed to stop this subscription? Thank you.

    Abbreviations should be avoided; I assume "jm" refers to the well-known porn site Jacquie et Michel, as noted by the justice system https://www.liberation.fr/idees-et-debats/editorial/jacquie-et-michel-la-fin-de-la-legitimite-dun-systeme-doppression.

    If that's the case, what a thought to go to such a terrible site, as visiting it encourages these kinds of illegal practices. As for your question, contact the site and ask them or tell your bank to refuse the withdrawals coming from JM.
