JM Scam: 14 Days to Withdraw, Refund

Hello, I would like to know how to get a refund before the 14-day withdrawal period that I haven't exceeded?

    Hello,

    exercise your right of withdrawal:

    6.2 – Withdrawal

    In accordance with the law, you have a withdrawal period, without penalty, of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the Contract concerning this e-wallet service. This right of withdrawal can be exercised without having to provide a reason by sending an email to support@straceo.com.

    So send them an email specifying your withdrawal and requesting a refund.

      Good evening,

      Can I really get a refund by sending my request on this website? I am still within my 14-day period where I am allowed to exercise my right of withdrawal. If so, what is the refund timeframe and how does the refund process work?

    I want to get a refund for subscriptions on Straceo, they withdrew 29.95 three times from my account, it was automatic payments that they made without directly notifying me by email.
    So I want a refund for these amounts knowing that supposedly you can't exceed 14 days after the subscription to get a refund regardless of the reason.

    Be careful, but now it’s no longer about Jacquie et Michel Contact, it’s definitely about JM Date. I've already seen a few questions from users regarding this. I believe this site dedicated to JM Date offers some information about how to unsubscribe.


    When you sign up for this kind of site, whether it’s Meetic, Elite Rencontre, or in this case: JM Date, make sure to check the terms of use and payment. We can’t say it enough, but the fine print in contracts should be read to avoid getting taken advantage of.
