Headphone sound only from one side

Hello, I'm writing to you because I have a problem. When I plug my headset into my PS5 controller, I can only hear from one side (the left) whereas when I plug it into my PC, I can hear perfectly from both sides. It's a headset that I was already using with my PS5 and it was working very well, but after a fall, this problem occurred.

I can't figure out where the problem might be coming from; if you have any ideas, I'm all ears!

    Hello.

    Since it works on PC, the issue is probably a loose connection on the PS5 plug; it's hard to tell you more from a distance.
