New headset sound only coming from one ear

Hello,

I just opened my new JBL 720BT headphones. I connect them via the provided cable, but the sound only comes from the left ear.

Have you experienced this issue? If so, do you have any solutions?

    if it happens on multiple devices, send the headset back to the seller.
