Appli laposte.net on phone: attachments won't open

Hello, I have the laposte.net app on my phone (FP3 with Android 13). The attachments won’t open. I have granted access to photos (and restarted), but it hasn’t changed anything. Do you know about this problem? Thank you in advance, Elisabeth

    Hi

    Your email delivers files to you, but you still need to install the applications on your device that open each file (it's the few letters after the dot that make the difference).

    Of course, the most common ones on the phone, but the PC will be more practical for installing everything needed to open them all.
