Hello,

recently I downloaded CPU-Z to get information about my motherboard, and I noticed in the "Graphics" tab a dropdown menu "Perf Level" where you have the choice between 3 profiles: Current / Base / Boost. After selecting the Boost profile, I launched PUBG (as well as MW3/AVATAR, etc.) and surprise, I found myself with 200 FPS in-game, whereas before I was getting between 70 and 90 FPS!! (3080TI) and it's clearly not the same game.

The problem is this: I wouldn't mind if the FPS boost was active all the time! If you want, I get 200 FPS for 5 minutes, then it drops to 70 for 5 minutes, then it goes back up to 200, and so on...

So I wanted to know if a kind soul could tell me more about this app? About this wonderful FPS boost? But especially if it is possible to stabilize my FPS?

Looking forward to your reply, bros.

    Hello

CPUZ is not an overclocking tool; it allows you to monitor the frequencies of the CPU and RAM, and other information has been added over time.

What you see in "perf level" is nothing more than information about the RAM and CPU frequencies of your graphics card.

It simply displays what already exists in your 3080: the current values in "Current," the normal values in "base," and the boost frequencies of the graphics card if it has any in "boost."

    Nothing more.
