Hello, last month I canceled my Netflix subscription which was supposed to end on 20/12, but I see that I have still been charged! What should I do to make this stop? I canceled again, but it might not be taken into account.

Hello,
first, ask your bank to cancel the direct debit authorization.
Then, send a registered letter to Netflix for a refund of the improper debit(s).
Assuming that the cancellation was properly made according to the terms of the contract (dates, means...).
Do you have an acknowledgment of receipt for your cancellation?
