Netflix download error

Hello!
I have a problem... When I try to download episodes on Netflix, it tells me that I have too many episodes downloaded on other devices; however, I don't have any because I checked all my devices and everything has been deleted, so I don't understand why I'm still unable to download episodes. I uninstalled and reinstalled Netflix just in case, but there has been no change...
Please help me!

    You've deleted them, but they're still in your machine's history!

      I went to the history and I've already almost erased everything without result...

      It is possible to delete downloads directly in Netflix. To do this, go to "My Account," then "Manage Download Devices," and remove the desired device.
